Yoda PLC (“the Group”) is expanding and currently recruiting for the role of “Office administrator” to undertake the day-to-day management of the office and the needs of a small team.
The Group is listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange emerging companies’ market and invests in real estate, shipping, and technology sectors. The top management of the Group has a proven track record, and the investment portfolio includes well recognised and highly reputable business assets.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient service to all incoming calls and be the first point of contact for visitors at the Company office
Responsible for the day-to-day office administration tasks; handling external couriers, managing the filing system, ordering office supplies, booking of business travel, handling the petty cash, supporting the management and colleagues with general office requests
Organising and prioritising tasks and activities efficiently
Managing and maintaining diary for booking meetings and events
Coordination and organisation of events
Required Qualifications:
High school certificate
Previous experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
Computer literate: Microsoft knowledge (word, excel, outlook)
Very good communication skills and organisational skills
Ability to multi-task, co-ordinate and work flexibly
