Parklane is the only internationally branded luxury beach resort in Cyprus, and the leading family friendly hotel in the luxury market. It marks Marriott International’s entry into Cyprus under The Luxury Collection flag with a 10-year exclusivity.

 

Parklane was developed in what could be considered the finest location for a hospitality project in Cyprus, on a land plot covering 68,090 sqm, making it one of the largest resorts on the island. It benefits from a 300-meter-long sandy coastline, secured through a lease of a beachfront plot measuring 17,310 sqm with the Cyprus Government.

 

The hotel building including amenities covers 44,845 sqm of land and it was recently internally and externally redesigned, renovated, upgraded and extended. It has a total of 274 rooms, including 222 guestrooms, 34 suites and 18 villas (the latter covering c. 3,932 sqm), offering family-friendly as well as adult-only options.

 

The premises host six distinct restaurants and bars, including the internationally branded “Nammos” and “LPM”.

 

Parklane has the leading wellness facility in Cyprus covering an expansive 3,000 sqm, as well as adults-only accommodation at the Lifestyle Wing.
