Yoda has entered into construction contracts for seven container ships, which are expected to be delivered in 2027, and it also participates in a joint venture for the construction of four LNG vessels, which are expected to be delivered between 2027 and 2028.

Yoda has secured 10-year charter contracts with CMA CGM for the container vessels, and it is in discussions to secure back-to-back long-term charter contracts from leading global shipping operators, supporting both stable and sustainable cash flow generation while offering significant upside potential.
