Yoda PLC, recognising the need for adherence to best practices on corporate governance, has elected to formulate the Company’s Corporate Governance Policy based on selected aspects of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018, the Cyprus Stock Exchange Code on Corporate Governance and the Wates Corporate Governance Principles for Large Private Companies 2018.
