Real Estate Assets

A real estate portfolio comprising more than 80 prime commercial properties, including office buildings and retail spaces, distributed across various locations in Greece.

The portfolio includes landmark LEED-certified assets such as Piraeus Tower, Kaizen Gaming Campus, and Ilida Business Center. In addition to the Greek assets, the portfolio also includes large office buildings in Rome and Milan, leased to the Italian Ministry of Interior and Webuild, respectively.

The majority of the assets are subject to long-term lease agreements with blue-chip tenants, including the Greek government, banks, major supermarket chains, Google, and others, ensuring stable long-term recurring cash flows alongside potential value appreciation.

Transamerica Pyramid Center

US Portfolio relates to the Transamerica Pyramid Center, an iconic architectural complex in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District.

The entire site is anchored by the Transamerica Pyramid, a distinctive 48-story modernist skyscraper completed in 1972 and designed by William Pereira. The Center encompasses the pyramid and adjacent buildings on the same city block, including office space and the serene Redwood Park at its base, which offers an urban oasis amid downtown.

The Transamerica Pyramid went through a comprehensive transformation in the past years of the engaging world-renowned architect Lord Norman Foster and Foster + Partners to undertake the largest renovation in the building’s more than 50-year history. The Foster-led remastering, revitalized interior environments, expanded tenant amenities including a hospitality-driven arrival experience and elevated lounge spaces and enhanced the public realm surrounding Transamerica Redwood Park.
