MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture (“MHV”) is a real estate company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange Emerging Companies Market, with a portfolio of prominent luxury hotels and resorts, as well as residential and office developments across Cyprus and Greece.

Yoda PLC, together with its partners, capitalised on the disruption in the luxury hospitality sector caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and captured the opportunity to help MHV become one of the leading hospitality platforms in the Mediterranean. During this period, Yoda PLC increased its shareholding in MHV (becoming the majority shareholder by March 2023) and implemented active management by altering / reengineering MHV’s strategies, processes, operations and developing and repositioning their assets, taking advantage of any potential synergies. The whole process, helped MHV to emerge and become one of the leading hospitality platforms in the Mediterranean.

Following the recovery of the hospitality industry and the stabilization of MHV operations, in January 2024, Yoda PLC decided to sell its shares in MHV, realising the value created over the years.
