Yoda has entered into construction contracts for seven container ships, with one expected to be delivered in Q4 2026 and the remaining six by the end of 2027. Yoda also participates in a joint venture for the construction of four LNG vessels, which are expected to be delivered between 2027 and 2028.

Yoda has secured 10-year charter contracts with CMA CGM for the container vessels, and it is in discussions to secure back-to-back long-term charter contracts for the LNG vessels, supporting both stable and sustainable cash flow generation while offering significant upside potential.
